
Bret Birnbaum is the President of Wine Cellar Sorbets. He oversees all day to day business activities for Wine Cellar Sorbets. This includes sales, international market expansion and marketing activities. It was while attending Cornell University where he developed his love for wine. During his senior year he took the Wine Appreciation course in the Hotel School of Management which taught him the basics of wine appreciation and history. Over the next 12 years Bret developed his love of wine and food through his travels around the world.
Bret holds a Bachelor's of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master's of Business Degree from New York University's Stern School of Business. Prior to founding Wine Cellar Sorbets, Bret worked for Andersen Consulting, BearingPoint, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Now Bret is living his dream of running a world class wine and food company.
